Below you will find our store's delivery policy, which is as follows:
- The order will be delivered on the same day or the next day at most (within Riyadh) .
- Delivery window starts from 6pm - 11pm on normal days, and from 8pm - 11pm during Ramadan (within Riyadh).
- The order may be delivered on the same day if possible (within Riyadh) .
- The daily delivery period starts from 6 pm to 10 pm on normal days, and after Tarawih prayers during the holy month of Ramadan (within the city of Riyadh) .
- Frozen delivery outside Riyadh takes 3 to 9 business days.
- Delivery time may be delayed or advanced depending on the day and due to any specific circumstances.
- The delivery cost is 29 riyals to any location within Riyadh .
- The cost of frozen delivery is 59 riyals - for a temporary period - for supported cities outside Riyadh .
- For frozen delivery between cities, the delivery company is not obligated to deliver to the customer’s door if he lives in a residential building or a residential complex, as the driver is obligated to have the truck in operation to ensure that the refrigerator does not stop working, and therefore he will not be able to leave it and go to the customer’s door. We ask customers to respond and cooperate with the representatives in this regard.
- The customer bears the full amount of the order with delivery in the event that he does not respond to the delivery representative and the order is returned to the store, as the delivery period is explained to the customer before completing the order.
- Bakery 8 has the right to claim delivery fees from the customer for additional delivery attempts to the customer after the first attempt in the event that the order is returned to the store due to the customer not receiving the order or not responding.
