Terms and Conditions, Exchange, Return and Cancellation Policy

Exchange and return policy:
1. Orders cannot be cancelled immediately after they are prepared. Once you have completed the order, it is considered non-cancellable.
2. Orders paid for through installment services (Tabby and Mutma, for example) are not subject to cancellation under any circumstances.
3. For everyone’s safety, all our products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the cases mentioned in item six.
4. The store is not responsible for improper storage of the product after receipt. A QR code is included on each product to provide nutritional information, storage instructions, and expiration date.
5. All our products must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt, depending on the product. Expiry and storage details are provided on each product page.
6. The customer has the right to request a replacement or return of the product within 24 hours of receipt in the event of a clear problem that prevents use.

Cashback policy:
1. The cashback balance is added automatically after the order is received and no return is confirmed.
2. The cashback percentage is determined according to the advertised offers.
3. In case of return, the added cashback balance will be deducted.
4. Cashback validity: Two months (60 days) from the date of addition.
5. The expired balance is automatically cancelled without prior notice.
6. Cashback balance:
Only eight are used in a bakery shop.
- Not convertible to cash
- Not transferable to other accounts
7. Cashback can be used with other offers unless otherwise stated.
8. Eight Bakery has the right to modify or discontinue the cashback program at any time.
9. By using the program, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated.
