Exchange, return and cancellation policy

Welcome, our dear customer.


Below you will find our store's exchange and return policy, which is as follows:


  • Orders are non-cancelable because they will be prepared specifically for you. Once you complete the order, it is considered non-cancelable.


  • Orders paid using installment services - Tabby and Tamara, for example, but not limited to them - are completely non-cancellable.


  • In order to preserve the safety of everyone and based on the nature of our products, as they are considered food, all of our products are not subject to return or exchange, except for the cases mentioned in Clause Seven.


  • The store is not responsible for poor storage of the product by the customer after receiving it, as we have placed a link (QR Code) on the covers of all our products that can be opened to know the nutritional values of the product in addition to the method of preservation and storage.


  • All our products must be stored - immediately after the customer receives the order - in the refrigerator or freezer.


  • All our products are valid for use - from the date the customer receives the order - for a full week (seven days) if kept in the refrigerator.


  • All our products are valid for use - from the date the customer receives the order - for a full month (thirty days) if kept in the freezer.


  • The customer has the right - within 24 hours of receiving the order - to request an exchange or return for any product that shows a very clear problem that prevents the customer from using the product. This problem must be present in the product immediately after the customer receives it, without prejudice to the previous clauses, such as the customer’s poor storage of the product or Towards him.
